Tammy Williams Productions provides an Auction Service, we are not Auctioneers. We act as
agents, providing a place for breeders to buy and sell stock in an online auction format. We are
not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. All guarantees and payments
for cattle are between the buyer and seller. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of
an item from the seller to the buyer, all transactions are made between the seller and the highest
bidder at the close of the auction. Buyers and Sellers must be of legal age to participate in
transactions.
Consignor Rules:
By placing an animal, semen, embryo, service or equipment on Tammy Williams Productions
Online Auction, you are consigning the item to be sold to the highest bidder, and you are
agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth and agree to adhere to all consignor rules.
Failure to follow all rules forfeits your right to use our online service as a buyer or seller.
By consigning an item to be sold, you have the right to post a reserve to be met. A reserve is the
minimum bid that you will accept on the item consigned.
By consigning livestock, breeding services, embryos, or equipment on the Online Auction, you
are agreeing to pay the following:
$25.00 on consignment for each lot.
This is the only charge- there is no commission fee.
I will send you an invoice with a date when the fee is due. Failure to pay the fee by the due date
will forfeit your right to use Tammy Williams Productions Online Auction services as a seller and
buyer, and your delinquency will be made known on the web site.
I do accept Paypal for your consignment fee.
Consignor is responsible for all health papers required by state and federal laws and have them
available at time of purchase.
At the close of the auction it is your responsibility to contact the highest bidder and must work
out all payment and delivery details with the bidder. Tammy Williams Productions is not
responsible for delivery of item or payment. Tammy Williams Productions does not guarantee
health or quality of animals, semen, or embryos being sold.
To sell an item, you must mail or email the following:
Current photo taken within the past 30 days
Your Reserve Price
ABBI Registration Number
Videos
Your Contact Information and any other information you want potential bidders to know
Copy of Registration papers proving that you have papers in your possession.
Bidder Rules:
By placing a bid on Tammy Williams Productions Online Auction, you are agreeing to all terms
and conditions set forth and will adhere to all bidders rules. Failure to follow rules will forfeit your
right to use these services as a seller or buyer. The consignor has the right to post when
payment is due, payment options, and shipping details. If you cannot reach the payment or
delivery requirements set by the consignor, do not bid. Do not place a bid if you are not willing,
or do not have the means to purchase the livestock. This service is available to serious bidders
only. If you are the highest bidder at the close of the auction it is your responsibility to contact
the consignor and must work out all payment and delivery details with the consignor.
If you make a mistake placing a bid, and you want to correct your mistake, please contact us and
we will correct it as soon as possible.
The consignor has the right to post a reserve price to be met. If your bid does not meet, or is
higher than, the reserve price, then consignor has the right not to sell the item to you.
All bids will end at the scheduled time 9:00 pm CST Central Standard Time, unless there is
active bidding from two or more buyers; in this case, bidding will continue in increments of 15
minutes (from the scheduled end time) until there is a period of 15 minutes where there are no
bids. At that time the sale will be final.
At the close of the auction the highest bidder will be contacted by email. If the highest bidder
fails to follow through with the purchase, they will forfeit their right to use these services as a
seller or buyer, and it will be made known on the web site. If the highest bidder fails to follow
through with his commitment, the second highest bidder may be contacted and will be given the
option to purchase the livestock at the bid that they placed. The second highest bidder would
be under no obligation to purchase.
All monies paid will be U.S. dollars only.

TW Productions Classifieds Terms of Use
TW Productions Classifieds is an information and advertising service. By accessing or using
the Site, users are deemed to have agreed to the following terms. If a user does not accept the
Terms of Use, they are not permitted to use or access the Site.
TW Productions Classifieds may make changes to these terms at any time and a user's
continued access of the Site constitutes acceptance of and an agreement to be bound by the
most recent terms of use displayed on the Site.
1. Posting Content
TW Productions Classifieds reserves the right to approve, refuse, delete or edit content posted
on the Site at its own discretion. TW Productions Classifieds also reserves the right to
terminate access to, or use of the Site, with or without notice to the affected users, without the
need to provide reasons.
By posting any content to the Site, users licence TW Productions Classifieds to reproduce,
modify or distribute that content in any form and waive any rights that they may have in that
content.
Content posted to the Site must:
• be written in English;
• conform to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
• accurately describe the items or services that is being sold; and
• be placed under the most appropriate category.
2. Respect for other users
As a condition of the Site, users are not to:
• post ads containing porn, nudity or other inappropriate material;
• post or transmit any content which contains a virus or other harmful component;
• post content that could be considered to be unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory,
obscene, indecent or offensive to an individual or public person, or to an ethnic group;
• use or manipulate the Site for any fraudulent activity or purpose;
• disclose the contact details of any person obtained through use of the Site, without the
prior consent of that person;
• claim a relationship with any business or organization for which the user is not authorized
to claim such a relationship;
• create a false identity with or without the intention of misleading other users;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site using another user's details;
• edit or delete any content posted by another user without first obtaining permission from
that user;
• make unauthorized modifications to the Site; or
• use the Site for unlawful purposes.
3. Disclaimer
TW Productions Classifieds does not screen or control users who access the Site to buy or sell
goods and/or services. The availability of information through the Site does not constitute
advice or any endorsement as to the quality of the good or service offered. Users need to
satisfy themselves through their own enquiries as to the quality, condition and suitability of any
good or service offered.. All warranties of any kind are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Therefore, users of the Site should be aware that:
• it is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to agree on all things involved in the sale of
a good or service;
• it is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to resolve any dispute that may arise from
TW Productions Classifieds transactions;
• it is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to research and comply with all applicable
laws, regulations and restrictions on items and services that may pertain to the transaction in

from any claims and expenses (including legal costs) related to:

• content posted by the user or others; or

6. Username and Password
It is each user's responsibility to keep their username and password secure. If any activity is
undertaken with a user's login details, then that user is held responsible. TW Productions
Classifieds is indemnified against any and all claims arising out of a user's failure to maintain
the confidentiality of their username and password.
